Over the weekend I had a driver whose truck the AC went out. Called a dealer and they we days out from being able to look at his truck. Found OC fleet services on NTTS and called him and he was able to work our truck in and found the AC compressor had failed. He was able to get the compressor to a shop and swap it with a rebuilt compressor and get our driver back on the road with AC. the shop worked over the weekend and took excellent care of our driver.
